We At Capoeira Guerreiros offer dynamic classes tailored to different age groups. Our kids' classes (ages 3-6) (ages 7-12) are filled with energy, introducing capoeira in a playful and safe environment, fostering agility, coordination, and confidence. For teens and adults (15+) our sessions focus on honing skills, discipline, and self-expression, navigating adolescence with grace and strength. First class is free so come try us out!
